Original Sewing & Quilt Expo & North Texas Quilt Festival are happening immediately prior on August 1, 2 & 3, 2024.

Tickets to shop the vendors and see the quilts are included with your Teacher Licensing welcome pack. Discounted class tickets are available exclusive to Licensing students. Ask for details when you register for Licensing.

Directions:
1) An asterisk * means a field is required.
2) Cost is $1,999 and we will contact you to confirm your registration and send you a payment link. Check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover payments are accepted.
3) Upon completion of this form you will receive an email copy of your registration.
4) One half of a double room is included in the cost. An additional $440 surcharge applies for private hotel accommodations. If you want a private room, note that below in your registration.
5) Welcome reception, lunch each day, and a closing dinner are provided.

6) Licensing Express students pay only $16/session (plus any material fees) for Original Sewing & Quilt Expo classes on Thursday, Friday & Saturday. (Call us at 800-699-6309 to place your Expo order we will apply this exclusive discount. Expo classes will be open for registration in May.)

Hotel Accommodations

Registration fee includes 4 night hotel stay at The Westin (shared with a fellow student roommate, or pay an extra $440 for a private room). Check-in is on Saturday, August 3, and Check-out is on Wednesday, August 7 (add-on nights at $220 each are a private room). Shopping at Original Sewing & Quilt Expo is open Thursday-Saturday PRIOR to Licensing (August 1, 2 & 3).
