Transient Vendor License may be Required: If you are selling merchandise at the Expo, and do NOT have a permanent location in Tennessee where your business is conducted, then you are considered a transient vendor.  The Transient Vendor License is $50 for 14 consecutive days. For questions, call 615-965-6709. Click HERE for Transient Vendor License application. Submit to Jessica by 9-30-24 via email or mail: Email to jessica.huff@wilsoncountytn.gov and she will call for credit card payment - OR - Mail the completed application with a check payable to Wilson County Clerk to 129 South College Street Lebanon, TN 37087 Attention: Jessica.

Corner fees: $300

 

10' x 20' End Cap = $2,795 (includes corner fees)

20' x 20' Peninsula = $4,780 (includes corner fees)

 

*Space is limited, not all configurations may be available, alternate configurations may be possible

 

*Booths booked after September 3, 2024 may incur a 5% late charge

 

*The above prices do not include the credit card processing fee of 3.5% added for all payments made by credit card

 

*Waive the credit card processing fee when paid by check
