The Expo brings energy and excitement to your city, offering classes, workshops, exhibits, fantastic shopping, and plenty of opportunities to meet new friends. For three inspiring days, it unites a vibrant community of skilled sewers and quilters. You can get involved and help make the event a success by signing up as an Expo Ambassador!
The Ambassador Program is open to individuals as well as members of groups and guilds. As an Ambassador, you’ll earn great personal rewards, including free general admission on the day you volunteer. Please note that parking is managed by each venue, so Ambassadors are responsible for their own parking if there is a fee. We’ll share helpful parking information in advance so your arrival is smooth and stress-free.

Did you know your group or guild can earn a free booth at the Expo?
Here’s how it works:
Guild members can volunteer for half-day Ambassador shifts, and the hours they contribute count toward earning a complimentary booth. In your booth space, you’ll be able to welcome new members, highlight upcoming events, sell raffle tickets for your opportunity quilt, and showcase the beautiful work your guild has created over the past year—sure to inspire everyone who stops by.
