*Space is limited, not all configurations may be available, alternate configurations may be possible

 

*Booths booked after February 9, 2025 may incur a 5% late charge and/or may not be included in vendor listings or receive a booth sign

 

*The above prices do not include the processing fee of 3.5% added for all payments made by credit card

 

*Waive the processing fee when paid by check  

 

Ways to Pay

- Make one payment or two equal payments.

 

- All payments are due 30-days before the date of the Expo

- Pay by check and waive the processing fee

- Pay by credit card and pay the total due including the processing fee
