Tax Information

  • The sales tax rate is 6.75%

  • All vendors are required to file and submit sales tax electronically using the Ohio Business Gateway at tax.ohio.gov/business

  • Vendors with a base of operations outside Cuyahoga County, Ohio, must complete an Ohio ST1 tax form before they sell goods or services at the John S. Knight Center. Register and get more information at tax.ohio.gov/business

The early bird discount is not applicable with other discounts. 
Teaching credits do not qualify as a booth deposit.

*Booths NOT paid in full by April 17th, 2026, will incur a 10% late charge, may not be included in vendor listings, and may not receive a booth sign

 

*The above prices do not include the processing fee of 3.5% added for all payments made by credit card
