Join us as we turn everyday dish-drying mats into a beautiful tote! Our goal is to make sewing accessible to everyone, regardless of budget constraints. This is a hands-on class that will teach you basic bag construction while discussing the use of unconventional items that can be used for sewing.

The goal is for each student to walk away with a fully completed, functional bag that they can take to the exhibit floor and show off while stuffing it with all sorts of newly purchased goodies! Perfect for sewists at any stage of their journey, this class offers valuable insights:

- For Beginners: Gain confidence on how to work with budget-friendly materials. Learn foundational techniques and practical tips for creating useful items without spending a fortune.

- For Experienced Sewists: Discover creative ways to utilize everyday items in your sewing projects. Whether you're teaching a friend or family member or looking to expand your own creative horizons, this class will inspire you.
