Want to have some fun and learn how to turn your embroidery machine into a quilting machine? LuAnn will show you how to quilt behind your embroidery designs and how to stabilize your fabric to prevent puckering, plus how to quilt blocks with embroidery and a ruler/template that will take the guesswork out of fussy cutting. This project uses two embroidery blocks stitched with Mylar for a metallic thread effect in the designs. Add a sashing which will also be quilted with embroidery, borders and a binding and you will leave with a completed wall hanging. You will receive all the embroidery designs used in class plus more to take home for future use.
