Have you always wanted to free-motion quilt but felt too nervous to begin? Join designer, Sarah Thomas, in this hands-on workshop. With a bit of humor and loads of encouragement, Sarah will take you through a series of simple, yet highly effective quilting motifs, piecing and filling each strip as you go. Build confidence as you start with a simple straight-edge ruler, then practice a variety of shapes and designs while stitching a spectacular log cabin mini quilt! Whether you quilt on a domestic machine or stand-up longarm, all techniques apply and can be replicated at home.
