Empty 3-ring binder, 28mm rotary cutter with new blade, 6 x 18-inch rotary ruler, paper scissors, fabric scissors, small scissors or snips, straight pins, pencil, marking instrument (pen, pencil or chalk), seam ripper and any notions you cannot sew without. NOTE: Rotary cutting mats will be available in the classroom. Label all sewing tools with your name.
