Amigurumi is the art of crocheting small, stuffed, yarn creatures. We will work together to create a simple stuffed strawberry while learning the tricks and tips of this fun crochet technique! Learn how to get started, how to crochet in the round, how to change colors or add on yarn seamlessly, how to embellish our creations, and more along the way! 

 

This is not a beginner crochet class. Basic knowledge of crochet stitches (chain, single crochet, increase and decrease) are required.

  • Supply List:

    Materials Requirement:

    Yarn of any fiber, worsted weight (about 8 ounces). We will be making a stuffed strawberry with red and green, but you can use any color.

     

    • Crochet hook to match yarn size, PLUS the next two sizes smaller
    • Crochet notions as are typical for crocheting (darning needle, scissors, stitch markers).
  • Completion Level:

    Most will complete 100% of the project.
