Room accommodations are based on double occupancy. There is a $530 additional fee for a private (single/double guest) hotel room or a $530 discount for no hotel room required.

Installment payment schedule varies depending on the date of the Teacher Licensing and will be provided to you via email confirmation. Fees for additional accommodation needs will be included in your final installment payment.
All cancellations must be in writing and the postmark date or email date will be used to determine any refunds that may apply.
Cancellations before the second installment payment date requires a cancellation fee of $200 to be withheld from any refund. Cancellations after the second installment date require a cancellation fee of $350 to be withheld from any refund.
Cancellations after the final installment date will not receive a refund but will receive all kits, curriculum and extras given to students during the licensing. A refund shall be issued for any applicable add on charges i.e. private room, extra nights or upgrades, provided those charges have not been incurred.
