The Mallory Square quilt was designed to create the atmosphere of the beautiful Mallory Square district of Miami. The bright colors, the jazzy sounds, and the majestic sunsets all echoing through the design. This quilt pattern will teach you a fast and fabulous way to cut your quilt pieces in jiffy to get to the sewing part faster. You'll be surprised at how fun and easy this method is.

Each block creates an element of surprise with colors! When you have completed the top, you will want to add a delicious backing fabric, which I call Tequila Sunrise (not included in the kit but available). We will use the ombre line, Gelato, from Maywood Studios. The colors and texture of this line make it a joy to work with, and they are quality fabrics. The finished quilt is 76" x 88” but the pattern can be expanded to other sizes very easily. You will be well on your way to completion by the end of the class. This quilt makes a delightful gift - a real conversation starter.
