Try out a variety of border and block rulers! With a practice quilt panel, we will use a few simple and a few complex rulers to create stunning finishes to your quilts. You’ll be able to practice and experiment with a variety of different rulers. You’ll learn techniques for fills, borders, blocks, and designs. All rulers are provided for your use.
