This immersive, full-day workshop is designed to boost your confidence in using IQ Designer/My Design Center (MDC) on the embroidery machine while you create custom quilt blocks. You will delve into various icons to craft appliques in the hoop, design background fills for quilt blocks, draw, edit, and apply fills to line designs. Additionally, you will transform artwork into embroidery designs, understand the distinctions between applique and fill stitches, explore line properties, and line art, among many other skills! 

 

Materials fee: Fabric panels, wonder fuse, fabrics for appliques, backing and background fabrics, batting and stabilizers
