Explore the incredible things you can do with a serger (besides just finishing the edge of a seam).  Taught by serger expert and designer, LuAnn Hartley, you will be working with decorative threads and will get to try a few optional accessory feet.  You can apply these new techniques to many of your projects.  Learn to create perfect gathers, rolled hems and a wave stitch with decorative threads, plus insert a zipper, create piping, and see how easy it is to apply beads to your projects.  We will also learn how to perfect a Flatlock stitch and reverse Flatlock.

Materials fee: fabrics for each technique plus a pillow pattern that uses all the techniques you learned during the class.
