    • Scissors
    • Straight pins
    • Fabric marker that will show up on chosen fabric
    • Any sewing tool you cannot sew without.
    • Label all sewing tools with your name

     

    Fabric requirements:

    • 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 yards of drapey WOVEN fabric. Yardage is determined by length desired and size.
    • Jill recommends using a batik rayon from Sew Batik. They have gorgeous fabric and a great website.
    • 3 large spoons of thread to match fabric.
    • Polyester thread in black, white, gray, and ecru will be available for student use.
  • Completion Level:
    • You will wear your Kimono home!
