Class will begin with an introduction to fabric selection for both the sewing and embroidery machine. Pattie will share tips on the best stabilizers and identifying the best stitches to use with the wing needle. Edge finishes include hemstitched and mitering corners. The second half will show hooping methods for the embroider machine as well as design placement and using the wing needle on your embroidery machine will also be covered. By the end of class, you’ll have the confidence to produce your own beautiful wing needle creations.
