Are you a quilter that has many quilt tops made, but not yet quilted? Are you tired of sending out your quilts and paying someone else to finish them? A longarm quilting machine might be the right move for you, but it is a big investment and can be a very intimidating step. Let us help educate you on your journey into longarm quilting. In this class, you will get hands-on experience that will allow you to understand the basics of longarm quilting:
·    What to look for in a frame
·    What features are available on the different models
·    How to load a quilt
·    Different types of threads and what needles to use
·    How to get perfect tension every time
·    What tools and accessories are available
·    And more!
Having the knowledge and the ability to “test drive” the machine at the expo will assist you in making the right decision in your longarm quilting journey. No prior longarm experience is needed for this class.

In Atlanta-Duluth, GA this class will be taught by Kaye Collins and Karen Woolley.

In Lakeland, FL this class will be taught by Waynna Kershner and Iris Noitalay.
