Seven Sisters is a vintage star block that has been streamlined for easy piecing with NO y-seams. Based on 60 degree diamonds, the addition of colored strips at the edges of the block create an extra design element. With just 6 large blocks (16 x 18-inch) and setting triangles, this 51 x 61-inch quilt is a perfect lap size! Bring your own fabric; see supply list for details.

You will also need to bring scissors or snips, seam ripper, pins, 28mm rotary cutter with new blade and 6 x 12-inch ruler, any notions you can't sew without. Note: Rotary cutting mats will be available in the classroom.
