StartSewSimple II is a big, curvy handbag. Designed by Nancy Shriber, the details are up to you: you’ll find the perfect spot for embroidery surrounded by quilt stitches on one, a chance for piecing with mini-piping accents and a ruched handle on another and, a backpack with twin straps and an innovative drawstring closure.

As usual, you’ll find artful linings and great notions. There are more pocket options included in the directions, a new fusible stabilizer to firm up the sides and bottom of your bag and some surprises, too. It all starts sew simple. Where you take it is up to you!

Your kit will come in a handy, clear vinyl, zippered project pouch, containing everything you need to create your bag in any of the three distinctly different styles. Directions to make all three bags are included in each kit. Cost of kit is $48.

As you change your point of view, their tone-on-tone colors shift in a most sophisticated, entertaining and magical way.
