Eliminate uncomfortable fit and unsightly drag lines as you increase movement in a jacket or blouse by stitching a properly fitted armhole. Learn to diagnose armhole issues and how to make necessary changes to your pattern which affect neither the look of the cap nor the comfortable fit of the sleeve. See how to draw a lower armhole without changing the shape of the armhole, and how to “petite” an armhole – two adjustments commonly required by fuller- figured women. Finally, see how to develop your own armhole and custom fit sleeve templates, to superimpose onto any pattern using only the center front and back of the pattern as your guide. Make and wear blouses, shirts, tops and jackets, all with easy movement and great style, due to proper fit at the armhole.
