Every machine should receive routine maintenance to keep it happy and healthy. Learn about both basic routines and more advanced maintenance procedures – and why they’re important – for your Gammill longarm quilting machine. This primer begins, as you might expect, with a discussion or proper thread tension, needle choice and thread selection – and how they interact with each other. You’ll learn loading your quilt Lori’s way, and, because this class takes place in the Gammill Studio, you’ll be able to follow along first-hand with your instructors as they discuss and demonstrate maintenance procedures. A smooth running machine with a perfect stitch will be your reward.
