Like to play with fabric or just need a great quilt in a hurry? Got a stack of precut 10" squares and wonder what to make? Try making a bunch of Cut the Cake Hexies. This is a quick, fun project, where your own color sense rules. Mix and match your fabrics, sew rows of hexagons with T-60° triangles and see how fast your quilt comes together. A beginning quilter made the blocks for the sample quilt in just 4 hours. You can do it too! Bring your own fabric, see supply list for details.
