This project combines 2 of the hottest trends in quilting today: pixelated quilts and quilts in a hoop! Create a mini "pixelated circle" design, using standard piecing and some curved piecing, wrap the hoop with fabric and place the whole thing in the hoop to frame it. Finish your quilt in a hoop with hand embroidery stitches if you'd like! Bring your own fabric; see supply list for details.

Advance Prep:
Bring (32) 2.5 inch squares of fabric to class. If desired, cut binding fabric into (6) 2.5 inch wide strips and join to create 240 inches of continuous binding. Press in half to create double fold binding.

Paper scissors, fabric scissors, small scissors or snips, straight pins, pencil, marking instrument (pen, pencil or chalk), seam ripper, Wonder clips, any notions you can't sew without

1/2 yard background fabric

1/2 yard binding fabric

1/2 yard fusible fleece
